RPNAS is excited to announce the publication of the Documentation Guideline for Registered Psychiatric Nurses. This guideline provides direction for RPNs and GPNs on the principles of quality documentation practices. It may also be used by employers of RPNs to review agency documentation policies to ensure the workplace supports standards of RPN practice.
